5. this was my friend's first trip to SF and I wanted to be sure we had a hotel that afforded us the mobility we needed the hotel is in a great location, has friendly staff-any questions asked were answered, nightly wine, and a decent room-the closet was a great size(better than i expected) while my friend stated the room was on the small side-which i expected since i read the previous reviews-it was still comfortable enough for us and her monster piece of luggage ;-) the only negative about the room was the bathtub but as long as i was clean in the end, it didn't matter too much the restaurant within the hotel was lovely, gorgeous decor and the food was filling and delicious if we go back to SF, staying at this hotel will be the #1 choice.
