1. downside: dicey neighborhood, hotel rooms are spotless and at the same time worn down (chipped paint, dirt on walls), noise level is high ( you will be up at crack of dawn)That said you can't beat the value, staff or home feel this property offers.

6. The only downside was that our room was on the alley side, so we heard the very noisy garbage trucks, but I felt this was only a slight negative, because the room was so clean and comfortable, and the bathroom, although small was very attractive.
