2. The only downfall I can see is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated and could do with an overhaul but everything was clean and for the amount of time spent in the bathroom I can't complain.

4. There were however 3 downfalls with the room - 1) there was a heater in the room that we did not have controls for so our room was burning up (easy problem to fix - we just opened the window); 2) we had a conjoined room and everytime the people in the next room would talk it sounded like they were in our room (which was only annoying for the fact that they woke up at 6:30 in the morning every day and we were not planning on waking up until 8) and 3) there was no exhaust in the bathroom so after someone would take a shower the mirror was fogged up so i had to put my make-up and do my hair in the bedroom at the desk.

5. Situated a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Union Square and the incredible burrito joints on Polk Street, the Hotel Carlton offers large, well decorated (and clean) rooms, with the only small downfall being some noise from the streets below.
