1. 5 stars because of the bed bugs and the lack of interest on the part of the hotel staff when informed that a room may be infested.

10. another problem i heard about was the lack of a refrigerator, but when i went to the front desk with half a sandwich i wanted saved, someone brought a fridge to my room immediately.
