5. I had stayed here in 2007 and had a fantastic time, decided to come back in 2011 and was really disappointed, the room was clean but the staff were no longer as friendly and welcoming.

6. We had breakfast the day we arrived and were a little disappointed that they put on 20% gratuity automatically when it states in the menu that this is for parties of 6 or more, I don't mind tipping but I dong feel it should be automatic,if it's good service then I will tip.
