1. Firstly, the room that we stayed in on the fourth floor was noisy due to the proximity to vents towards the alleyway at the back of the hotel which emit a continuous and distractingly annoying sound all through the night even with the windows closed.

2. I'm sure that's normally not a big problem in San Francisco but I was actually there when it was unseasonably warm so it was slightly annoying.

3. When I mentioned this to the manager of the hotel, she seemed annoyed -- my guess is she has heard it many times before.
"Pretty hotel with ok amentities, do not stay here if you need an internet connection " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/23/2011 Vote
4. Only complaint would be that the shower soap/shampoo dispenser was really annoying to use, a lot of pumps didn't give much output.
"Great value, nice place to stay, can't fault it. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/17/2010 Vote
5. Always consistent: Hotel room: Clean rooms, hot water, deep tub, firm beds, and really friendly staff but not ingratiatingly annoying.

9. There were however 3 downfalls with the room - 1) there was a heater in the room that we did not have controls for so our room was burning up (easy problem to fix - we just opened the window); 2) we had a conjoined room and everytime the people in the next room would talk it sounded like they were in our room (which was only annoying for the fact that they woke up at 6:30 in the morning every day and we were not planning on waking up until 8) and 3) there was no exhaust in the bathroom so after someone would take a shower the mirror was fogged up so i had to put my make-up and do my hair in the bedroom at the desk.
"Decent Hotel for the Money " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/19/2009 Vote
