Our first impression- Olga (per her name badge) at the check-in counter provided some of the
worst
customer service I've seen yet.

The fire escape did block our view somewhat, but then do you want to get out if the
worst
should happen? On Union Square there is a trumpet player who starts up around 6pm and plays till 11.

Expecting the
worst
but proven very wrong by the small, intimate hotel in the heart of San Francisco; so central yet very quiet during the night much to our delight.

The best thing is the location and the helpful staff, the
worst

The hotel was probably one of the
worst
that we stayed in in terms of decor - it was very dated and the rooms were very small with very old bathroom facilities.
