unfortunate
ly, our visit started out badly when the gentleman at check-in couldn't find that I'd reserved a 'parking included' rate on Expedia.

unfortunate
ly, we were woken up by the room to our left as they were very loud during their fun 'activities' (too loud), Not long later, the people on he right room checked in and I am not exaggerating, I could hear their conversation clear as.

unfortunate
off couple of days as I can see why this is generally a popular hotel.

unfortunate
ly we then ended up with the same problem we'd had during our last stay - one of the buildings at the back has a powerful extraction system and it makes the whole of one side of the hotel vibrate and hum.

They put us on the 'quiet' side,
unfortunate
ly, there was a loud guest staying on our floor who was outside his room talking at all hours of the night, but not hotel's fault.
"Great value "
