1. I loved the idea of the pillow menu, but I did have to ask 3 times to get my pillow delivered - the first time I asked I was told they were far too busy to deal with me which was a bit rude.

7. In fact, the lady at the tour desk was unhelpful, bordering on rude (although I don't think she actually works for the hotel), and the desk staff was efficient, but amateurish and dull.

8. I had a very slow and somewhat rude guest ahead of me in line, but the check in clerk managed to acknowledge me, make me feel welcome and get to me as quickly as he could while still paying attention to the person ahead of me.
