4. I did have an issue regarding billing and the management swooped in and rectified the situation very fast and accommodated me.

5. I had no noise issues like some other reviewers may have noted and found it's location very convenient because it's walkable to the Muni/Bart and all the shops in Union Sq - the Powell st cable car trolley stops practically right in the front door.
