3. It is not a boutique per se since the decor is a bit old and some paint on the wall in our room is chipped.

4. Decor is nice, but in my room paint was chipped in a few places and in the bathroom a white coating had started to peel off in places, revealing the original green tile beneath.

5. When I needed some leftovers reheated for dinner, the bellboy took my food back to the kitchen and returned it to me on a tray complete with linen napkin, silverware, glass of ice water, and a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie on the side.

6. I knew about the free chocolate chip cookies, apples and coffee/tea in the lobby 24/7, but having the clock radio with an MP3 player attachment so I could listen to my own tunes earphone-free was a great surprise.
