1. Beds are comfortable but only queens, but they are upfront about this and since the rooms are smaller you would find it difficult to have a bigger bed.
"Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Union Square " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/29/2012 Vote
2. Maybe it has gotten worse since my last trip, or maybe it was super crowded because it was a holiday weekend, but it was absolutely mobbed with tourists, to the point where it was difficult to walk on Powell St from the BART to the hotel.
"Decent hotel, good value, but not a fan of Union Sq " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/10/2011 Vote
3. Getting onto a car at the stops adjacent to the hotel can be difficult as the cars are generally full from the turnaround.
"Boutique hotel, small yet lovely rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/24/2011 Vote
4. Checking in with a car is difficult as there is rarely room in front of the hotel to pause one's car to unload.
"Stayed several times - now too expensive and not worth the money " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/5/2011 Vote
5. My only complaint was that the rooms were a little on the small side and the bathrooms were a little dated but for the price and location the hotel is difficult to beat on a budget.
"Great location for just about everything " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2011 Vote
6. Be careful though, the car park is a little difficult to find and we heard one couple complain that they had used the wrong park and had been charged the full overnight rate.
"Ideal Tourist Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/19/2010 Vote
7. We were only staying for 4 nights so didn't want to fully unpack and therefore found it quite difficult to fit both cases in, but again a minor problem which we managed to get round.
"Very good value hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2010 Vote
8. It was also difficult to get the bathroom door to shut all the way.
"Great location and service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/1/2010 Vote
9. The rooms were smaller than they look on the promotional material, difficult with two suitcases as there is only a small area to hang clothes up and not anywhere really to put folded clothes.
"4 star service in a 3 star hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/24/2010 Vote
10. I know it's difficult to provide wireless to a large number of people while keeping costs reasonable.
"Pretty good " Read full review on Expedia   3/10/2010 Vote
