1. My only complaint was the noise from nearby construction that came through our open window at night, but that was no fault of the hotel.

10. I think my only 'complaints' were that our room on the second floor was really loud (though that's not really the hotel's fault) and the shower heads are really low (had to awkwardly duck in the shower, but no big deal)The cookies in the lobby were great and the bed was super comfy.
