3. The only negative comment which is more for feedback for the hotel than as a potential guest - is personally I would prefer tea/ coffee making facilities in my room instead of a communal area.

4. My wife & me spent the last 4 nights of our 3 week west coast vacation @ The Chancellor & were not disappointed - I don't know why a lot of people write negative reviews as the Hotel is exactly what they write on the tin.

5. It bugs me when I've read the negative comments as they mostly mention things that people should be aware of when they book this hotel'or are not about the hotel directly.

6. The negatives are that the rooms are quite small (at least the one we stayed in) and have no AC.
