1. The only downsides - some of which are mentioned by other guests - cannot be helped due to the location of the hotel.

9. Everything about the hotel was excellent, the only downside was having to catch an early morning flight back home, but even at 6am the coffee and cookies in reception helped no end.

10. Another downside is that the room we were in had an adjoining door, and although the walls were pretty thick the doors weren't - we could clearly hear our neighbors' conversation in their room.
