6. Check in was very efficient even though we had problems with our credit card, the nice lady was patient and eventually we got it all sorted and we got into our room on the 13th floor.

7. Room was quite small but very comfortable - no view, we looked onto the fire escape stairs but because of that there was no noise from the street which could be a problem with rooms at the front.

8. The extractor fan was quite noisy in the bathroom and was switched permenantly on but once we worked out how to switch off it didn't cause any further problems.

9. Rooms are small but very nice had no problems at all, I didn't know the bathrooms where 'old' when I booked but didnt have any problems with it when I walked in, who spends their time in their room toilet anyway???.
