1. The curtains wouldn't close, the door was extremely hard to shut, a switch in the bathroom was just a stick, and, worst of all, there was no place to plug in my computer.

8. The air conditioning did not work, the lights in the room were broken, the toilet ran, the tub would not drain, and the worst of all of it,they said they would look into it and we would return at night and it was not fixed.
