4. Want to pay $105 a night for a large room with a king bed and a firm mattress with soft linens, nice towels, cushy bathrobe, clean everything, plus a friendly front desk staff and the best possible location adjoining the Magnificent Mile, or would you rather cross the street and check into the Four Seasons for four times as much? My furniture wasn't old and peeling, it was made of real wood instead of formica and nicely worn in, definitely not worn out.

8. The bed was only 4 feet from the door, the wall paper was peeling all over, and some of the trim and paint work is absolutely sub-standard, almost juvenile in its quality.

10. I discovered that the wall paper was peeling; the room and bed were smaller than agreed upon; the comforter was torn; there were cobwebs on the windows; and to top it off, there was a substance on the wall which appeared to have properties consistent with dried blood to the right of the headboard.
