7. I have stayed at The Whitehall several times in the past, but this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and also with the assistance (or lack or it) from the front desk with a few problems I was having with my room.

8. If it had a better bar/restaurant on site then it would have been just perfect but the bar and restaurant are independent of the hotel and so the lack of appeal may not be down to the hotel but it is something that they do need to work on.
