3. small (hot) lobby and public areas, no free wifi (and the LAN cable in the bedroom didn't work), slow lifts, a free morning coffee service that didn't start until 7am (only a problem if you are up early liike I was), Business Centre was closed for 'renovation' - although I didn't see one workman in there all week.
