1. Definitely avoid unless you absolutely have no other options.

3. The upside of being on a lower floor is that you can use the stairs and avoid the sometimes slow elevators.

4. Would certainly recommending avoiding rooms 10-13 on the lower floors as these rooms have no view and the noise is constant due to the fact that they face large air conditioning vents from the adjacent building.
