1. The good, very nice linens and bed, fairly new and clean carpeting, AC that worked well, reasonably quite if not for the morning construction going on next door.

8. The upside is that we were so busy that we were not in the rooms long so we did not hear any of the construction, but there is plastic on the floors and several rooms on each floor are being worked on.

10. What prevents 5 stars? The hotel is under construction (limited disruption to a stay at this hotel) and just how badly the nighttime staff ignored us.
