1. tiny lobby, even smaller elevators and most of the rooms' views were of back alleys and not the Chicago skyline like we hoped.

3. Hey this is an old buiding so there are going to be some cosmetic issues like a lifting of some seams in the bathroom wallpaper, or the worn wooden floor in the lobby or the wonderfully creepy tilted shades on the many lights in the floor hallways or the tiny elevators.

4. Coffee in the lobby was nice as we didn't have to deal with a tiny in room coffee maker and were able to fill our to go mugs for the drive home.

5. My only complaint of the hotel is it looks a tiny bit tired and the walls are super thin so you can hear sex, conversations, radio in your neighbor's rooms.
