3. One person in particular at check in was very rude; when we finally were able to check in to our room we found a pay of dirty underwear on the floor beside the bed, and a dirty hand towel (toothpaste on it) still hanging in the bathroom.

5. The night stand drawewr handles were dangling, the bed skirt was dirty, the sliding closey doors were rickety, the walls were very thin, we could hear coughing in the room to the left of us and the toilet flushing in the room to the right of us.
