1. Very friendly staff, and while elevators are small there never seems to be much of a wait, quiet hallways and no street noise in our queen room.

4. My biggest gripe was just the overwhelming background noise in the Bedroom that meant I didn't have one unbroken sleep in the five nights I was here.

5. only occasional street noise which was surprising given the busy location we had breakfast each morning included in our rate, the breakfast was table service and the service was good although the restaurant was pretty busy so probably best to allow a bit of time if taking breakfastall in all a great hotel in a great city.
