1. The room was a suite for 3 which turned out to mean the addition of a very uncomfortable fold down bed which obviously took up a large amount of space in the living area.

7. In my experience, hotel pillows are uncomfortable, hotel rooms are generally not quiet (due to loudly closing doors, outside noise, etc), draperies do not really close out light and it is impossible to achieve a comfortable room temperature.
