1. Starting at 8 am each weekday morning, there was extremely loud drilling noise in the room that lasted for hours.

4. In my experience, hotel pillows are uncomfortable, hotel rooms are generally not quiet (due to loudly closing doors, outside noise, etc), draperies do not really close out light and it is impossible to achieve a comfortable room temperature.

Breakfast was good although expensive (however, this is the case in all NYC hotels) - only downside is that many 'suits' choose the restaurant for breakfast meetings, which is not very relaxing - who wants to listen to loud conversations about EBITDA and capital assets????? Overall, this is a fab place to stay.

8. We left the system off most of the time but it was a bit loud when we had to turn it on while trying to sleep - but it was a small issue.

10. The lobby is loud and crowded, without any seating, lines of guests waiting to check-in, and baggage carts all over the place.
