1. The one negative item would be that it was a little noisy in my room and folks in the opposite office building can basically watch you if you don't close the curtains.

4. Only negative is that the Midtown location, while convenient (Times Sq, subway, 5th Ave shopping etc) is in the tourist area so might not suit everyone.
