6. For $40 you get a cold breakfast buffet of pastries, juice and cereal, anything hot you have to order off an expensive menu, so I although the hotel itself is a good value (rooms/suites in the mid 300's per night) I mark down the hotel because the restaurant is really quite a bad value.

8. with room service u had to pay a delivery fee for each person eating and secondly the doorman outside OMG I know Americans like a tip but we had just arrived,he did get our luggage out and place it into the lobby and thn just followed us to reception desk and waited which did make us feel bad but we were tryin to check in after along flight and find our documents and he was the last thing we needed in our faces,I had to politely tell him we will find you on our way out :-s.
