1. Then when I walked into the room to call down stairs and just make the staff aware of this (not to complain so much as to raise their awareness), I noticed many stains on the carpet and on the wall paper.

5. Service is polite but we found it rather remote and impersonal and I felt that when I complained that I was being 'Handled' rather than being listened to.

6. While we were there everything was crashing, even the TV service and when we did try and complain or get this resolved nothing happened and we felt that the staff did not really take responsibility or any action.
