5. Negative, bearing in mind star rating - rooms could do with re touch, bathroom check the tiling and grout wee bit mouldy - shame, focus on the finer details and this could be a truly fab hotel.

9. The check in staff are moody and stand offish - such a shame such a fantastic hotel, I would stay again but just never deal with concierge and have minimal contact check-in and out with reception.
