1. The only downside is that the hotel offers no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which we found a tad frustrating.

3. Restaurant is first class, although my colleague did experience some frustration in getting a table for breakfast, seems the staff were happier to seat people who were just having coffee than those who wanted to eat breakfast.

5. The bar had a great buzz, although a little small which limited seating, I got a bit frustrated one night when the bar was full although there were seats available in the bistro side but we weren't allowed to sit there.

A frustrating over charge took place and although it was sorted, it took a long time and put a low on our last couple of hours enjoying a light meal in the bar whilst waiting for our car to JFKIf we set aside a bit of admin frustration the overall experience was first class and we would go back tomorrow without hesitation .
