1. I was very disappointed with my stay at The London and would recommend it as a poor choice for a stay in New York due to the lack of service and attention to detail all round.

4. I had high expectation for this stay even if I had booked the simplest suites at the hotel and to be fair they are big enough, with comfy beds, luxurious sheets, poor lighting, basic closet, nice bathrooms, design furniture.

5. We had breakfast our first morning there and we were going to order off the menu (pay) in addition to the 'free' breakfast items, however the person waiting on us had such a poor attitude we decided to eat elsewhere.

9. We all know NY is noisy but that the sound insulation for a room facing the street is so poor that one wakes up even when one uses ear plugs is very disappointing.

10. In the morning i told the front desk and they looked at me as if i was talking rubbish (they had a poor attitude at the front desk and not very welcoming) so i asked to see the manager and he said he would get it sorted out.
