1. I was very disappointed with my stay at The London and would recommend it as a poor choice for a stay in New York due to the lack of service and attention to detail all round.

3. In my opinion when a hotel has substantial building work on then it should communicate this to guests in advance while the lack of reliable Internet connectivity was a big no-no for us.

5. The only thing I wasnt so impressed with was Gordon Ramseys Restaurant - we felt it lacked the usual quality we have experienced from his other restaurants we have eaten at.

6. I was so grateful after the lack of sleep I got on the plane and I was also sick with a terrible fever and cough, so having a room available was a lifesaver.

7. The only criticism is the lack of a bath, a double walk in shower is nice but sometimes a soak is all you need.

9. Staff was attentive but there were some details lacking that 4 star properties can accomplish in other major cities that the London lacked.

10. The only downside to our room was that the huge 2 person shower did not have a door and hence the water poured onto the floor every time we used it plus there was a distinct lack of privacy if that bothers you.
