1. Then I asked about their air filtration system,(just b/c I smoke doesn't mean I want to smell like it) & I was assured it was good.

5. While some of the newer boutique (hip) hotels may eclipse the London for the 'cool factor' , this hotel offers good looking, functional, immaculately clean rooms (that still smell brand new because they have never been smoked in) that are above all, quiet.

7. When I asked to switch rooms, I was given a smaller room 20 floors below, which smelled like mold because the minibar was filled with moldy food from the prior occupant.
