1. downsides in the London flat no minibar, & no safe, not sure if this is the same throughout the hotel, but a safe would I have thought have been as standard.

Breakfast was good although expensive (however, this is the case in all NYC hotels) - only downside is that many 'suits' choose the restaurant for breakfast meetings, which is not very relaxing - who wants to listen to loud conversations about EBITDA and capital assets????? Overall, this is a fab place to stay.
