As some of the other reviews indicate, it's not in the first flush of youth, and it shows in the general wear and tear in some areas: our first room was very disappointing, a 5th floor, small room looking onto the side of a building, with worn (rusting in places) bathroom shelving/cupboards and tiny kitchenette, also worn fittings.
