1. Reception was good and never had any issues - very quick and very helpful.

2. But that was unimportant to us because the suite was very clean and the carpet looked new, housekeeping did a great job, and there were plenty of towels and no issues with hot water.

3. The only issue and it was minor was that the air conditioner cycling on noise was a little disturbing when trying to sleep--but it worked, so I'm not complaining.

4. After our request, they upgraded our room without any issue (obviously with a nominal charge :) ) I recommend this hotel for every sort of trip (business/vacation).

5. I was a bit nervous before travelling about the problems that had been reported about bed bugs in New York, but there does not seem to be an issue with this in the Eastgate toweres.
