1. The front desk service is very good but there is a lack of information in the rooms and we only found out after our stay that they had an on-site laundry.

2. The only couple of negatives and these are very little - there could have been a bit more crockery in the cupboards - bit lacking on plates, cups etc but maybe someone had taken some.
