1. The only downside was the very poor water pressure in the shower (almost non-existent at times) but we were in New York so we got over it.

Overall, a great base to see the city - but don't expect too much from the staff (with the exception of Anne at the front door - who was very friendly & in charge of tourist info/bookings/tickets etc) the general attitude and standard of customer service was poor, but sadly seemed to be pretty 'normal' in New York.
