3. Mcdonald, Subway, pizza shop, and other general eatable items shop just next to hotel (hardly 2-5 min walking distance).

4. I also had trouble with very ancient and noisy air conditioning systems in the rooms which made it hard to sleep and to get the right temperature.

8. Pros:- Great location- Incredibly large studios (larger than my sister-in-laws 1BD Manhattan apt)- Reasonably priced (Great for the area)- Quiet, off-main-streetCons: - Bed as hard as plank wood, did not personally sleep well.
