8. It is in severe need of renovation - the shabby industrial carpeting had a trimming of decades worth of dirt and dust at the floorboards, the furniture is cheap and shabby, and there was mold growing on the ceiling above the shower.

9. First impression at 11pm arrival was shock at the tiny, institutional looking lobby, and horror after transporting my own luggage upstairs (security guard/bellman had gone on break) at the depressing, shabby, filthy two double bed (despite request for one king) studio suite - located between the elevator, gym and compactor - that cost $400 for the first night.
"Extremely disappointed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/21/2008 Vote
10. It is true that the place needs a renovation - it`s getting a little shabby with scratched and dented furniture and threadbare carpeting, but it is kept immaculately clean by the very friendly housekeeping staff.
