7. You will always hear traffic noises - this area maybe had a fire station nearby as there were sirens going off constantly and the air con unit was seriously loud - if you need your sleep, bear this in mind.

10. If you are a light sleeper like me then be warned that in the summer the air con is loud and even if it is switched off you can still hear everyone elses (pair of ear plugs sorted the problem for me).
