3. I called the central office to complain, and got nowhere because the rate had expired and they allegedly couldn't retrieve the terms and conditions.

4. The only pain was actually having to move rooms but we ended up with a larger room than originally booked so no reason to really complain about the inconvenience.

5. So why wasn't this made available when I first complained but only when I wanted to checkout? I stayed there one night but due to my early check out I was charged for 3 nights.

6. The only issue and it was minor was that the air conditioner cycling on noise was a little disturbing when trying to sleep--but it worked, so I'm not complaining.

10. After complaining to the front desk AND getting the manager, we were told they would take $50 off of our rate (basically charge us the full price of the room we got) and move us first thing the next day.
