1. The location is central, the only complaint is that it is about 5 or 6 city blocks to the nearest subway stop which is about a 15-20 minute walk.

8. I told them 'Because this is the first I heard about it' Turns out they accepted my complaint bumped me up to a junior suite and credited me with 50 dollars worth of amenities but didn't mention any of this to me.

10. The only other little complaint was sometimes there was a weird smell on our floor once we got out of the elevator, but the smell was never in our room, so it didn't matter.
