2. The TV in the room was an older CRT, and the network connectivity was unbelievably slow (though I heard they are soon putting in a T1, where the slow speed will be a thing of the past).

8. The kitchen saved us the cost of breakfast every day and delicious Wolfgang Puck coffee was supplied and replenishedIt is in a midtown location abut 10 minutes slow walk from the subway (either 33rd or 42nd Grand Central stations).

10. It would appear from reviews of other hotels that slow lifts are a problem, the lifts here are speedy if you need to know.
