2. To be told that there is nothing they can do about it, then having to follow up with them, be transferred from person to person, and then be compensated in that way, is unacceptable.

3. The front desk was seriously understaffed (one person working for a multiple hundred room resort) with long wait times and less than friendly service - in my eyes entirely unacceptable for a 300 dollar plus per night resort.
