3. The only negative was the bed- I found that it was not as soft and comfy as beds in other Sheratons in which I have stayed.

7. AlthoughI can't name any specific negative experiences, they missed the ball on providing that extra level that other resorts in this price range (and other Sheratons) provide.

8. If I was to say anything on the negative side, it would be that the price of the food and drinks at the hotel - and especially at the Starbucks that is located on-site - is pretty high.
