1. We complained and were shifted to a larger room which was a big improvement.

4. If we had paid for this room (even standard rooms aren't 'cheap') we would have definitely complained, although it probably would not have done much good, we were told the hotel was full at check-in anyway.

5. The other problem we had was our neighbors who kept smoking even though we complained to management (it's supposed to be a smoke free hotel), it didn't seem like anything was done.

7. A number of people complain about the walk from building 6 to the pool and beach, it is not that bad and once you see the turtles, whales and the stars it is well worth the slight walk.

10. We complained to the staff about this and they put us into another room, but the fact that the put us in that room is beyond inconsiderate.
