1. That isn't a big deal though because Whalers Village is a 5-10 min c asual walk from the hotel and there are various restaurants there with great happy hour deals, etc.

2. We probably weren't a big deal to them as a group (three rooms for a week, plus some spa services) but the trip was a big deal for our family, so it was a shame to be treated like no big deal.

5. Yes they are a little bit of a walk to beach and main building but the walk is not that far and you are constantly looking at the lush gardens or beautiful ocean during the walk so it was not a big deal to us.

8. If you plan on hanging out at the pool you will be given a wristband, this was not a big deal for us, and towel cards, you want beach towels you have to have your towel card, no exception, so again follow the rules and you'll be fine.

10. Not a big deal as we had wonderful ocean front rooms with great views from the lanais across the main lawn and pool area into the sea with Molokai in the distance.
